The fast-drying white contrast paint, or WCP, is available in aerosol form for even spraying on the surface to be inspected. Its opaque white background helps clearly distinguish abnormalities when magnetic particles are applied to the surface. All types of colored and visible magnetic particles can be used with the WCP. Moreover, it can be applied to virtually any part of equipment because of its convenient aerosol form factor. In a single pass of the spray, a clean coat is evenly applied to the surface to be inspected. The opaque color of WCP minimizes glares and reflections during the inspection process. In addition, it dries very quickly and does not result in any flakes on the applied surface. All these qualities of the WCP help increase the speed and efficiency of the inspection process. This, in turn, reduces the downtime for equipment and increases the productivity of an industrial facility.

 

Tubular Inspection Products
