NTRODUCTION:

The Jhalana Safari park is the first leopard reserve in India located in the Jaipur City of Rajasthan state and is spread across an area of about 23 sq km. The Jhalana Safari park is situated along the Aravalli hills and is home to nearly 30-35 leopards, spotted deer, blue bulls, wild boars, and migratory birds. The location is full of wildlife exploration and is an ideal place for wildlife enthusiasts. Before this used to be the hunting grounds of the royals, but now is a great spot to enjoy a safari in the middle of Jaipur city. There are two time slots and one can select any of the two: Morning & evening. It is one of the best places to witness leopards and many other wild animals. It’s a fantastic place away from the hustle and bustle of the city. One can see leopards, hyena, blue bull, deer, peacocks, monkeys and many other creatures over here. People come here to explore the hidden wildlife area of Jaipur.

To travel to Jhalana from Jaipur it takes approximately 13 minutes. The driving distance is about 11 kilometres and the path is smooth.

 

The best time to visit the place is the summer season and the winter season. In the winter season, one can enjoy and cherish sightings of many migratory birds like flamingos, cranes, egrets, dunlins, bar-headed goose and cormorants.

Jawahar Kala Kendra: an enthusiast art person can pay a visit to the Jawahar Kala Kendra where the arts and crafts of Rajasthan and Jaipur were preserved by the state government. Sisodiya Rani Bagh:

Amar Jawan Jyoti is a patriotic monument that was built during the liberation of Bangladesh. It was built in the memory of the brave souls Indian Army soldiers who gave their life while protecting the country.
